Booking Terms

Room Hold Policy

  • If a guest or agent requests to hold a room/s, the room/s can be hold for a maximum of 3 days, subject to demand and availability. To hold the room/s guest name, contracted rate and details are mandatory. The Team reserves the right to release the hold rooms after the holding period if required.

  • In case of room/s holding without guest name, contracted rate and details, will be taken as pencil holding which will automatically release after 48 hours.

  • Verbal communication will not be considered valid. All holding requests must be made through official Email or WhatsApp.

  • As proof of holding, the Team will issue a Holding ID and Voucher. Any room hold without a Holding ID or Voucher will not be considered valid.

  • If the agent or guest wishes to extend the holding period, they must inform the Team in advance and obtain approval.

  • To convert the hold booking into a confirmed booking, the agent or guest must make the required advance payment.


Confirmation Policy

  • To confirm any booking, an advance payment of 50% of the total booking amount is required. Bookings cannot be confirmed without advance payment.

  • However, the management may confirm B2B / Agent bookings without advance payment based on their previous payment history and business relationship. In such cases, the company cancellation policies will be strictly applicable, and the B2B / Agents must agree to these terms.

  • After making the payment, the guest or agent must share the payment details via official Email or WhatsApp. The confirmation will be issued only after payment verification by the Accounts Team.

  • As proof of confirmation, the Reservation Team will provide a Confirmation ID and Voucher. Any booking without a Confirmation ID or Voucher will not be considered confirmed.

  • At the time of check-in, the remaining balance amount must be cleared by the guest or agent to ensure a smooth check-out process.

  • Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Prior notice is required.

  • Valid Government-approved Photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.

  • PAN Card will not be accepted as a valid ID proof.

  • Foreign nationals / Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) must present their valid Passport and Visa at the time of check-in.

  • Guests planning early meals, early check-out, or Tiger Hill visits (Darjeeling) must inform the hotel at least one day in advance. For packed breakfast kindly inform the hotel atleast a day prior.

  • For confirmed bookings with added meal plan/s buffet dining, during breakfast, lunch and dinner will depend upon hotel occupancy. In case of low occupancy, the table service will be provided.

  • If any travel assistance or transport arrangement is required, guests may contact the Front Office.

  • Outside food is strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises.

  • Hotel cancellation policies may vary as per seasonal & off seasonal basis and will be applicable as mentioned on booking voucher.

  • After check-in  no cancelation or amendment is possible. If there is any emergency , need to show the proof. However management will take the final decision. 

 Refund & Reschedule Policy:

  • Reservation reschedule is possible before cancelation period starts and the stay should be on same financial year.
  • Refund is possible based on hotel cancelation policy mentioned voucher and communication must be done through official email only.
  • After the refund request accepted by the management, it will be processed with-in 15 working days.
